On our trip to Italy, we started in Rome and after all the hustle and bustle it was great to relax at this family farm. My wife and I stayed in the apartment with our two teenaged boys. It was a great base from which we explored all the wonderful little towns in wine country. We felt so welcomed by the entire family and especially enjoyed the company of Giorgio. We went to many fancy and not so fancy restaurants in the area and none compared to the food at the farmhouse. The porterhouse steak was phenomenal and the traditional boar pasta with truffles was the best we had in Rome, Florence and Venice. We would most definitely recommend this place and go back whenever we have the chance. It was hard to find at first but well well worth it.
